Built Over Decades, Expanded With Purpose
High Tensile Fastnuts (India) Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1979 by technocrat Bhupendra R. Shah. It began as a small unit making high-tensile import-substitute nuts for Tata Motors, Jamshedpur, with about ten employees and a handful of products.
Today HTF manufactures from more than one location and supplies over 500 products to more than 200 customers.
Our Journey
01 — The Beginning
Founded in Jamshedpur
HTF started by supplying high-tensile import-substitute nuts to Tata Motors, Jamshedpur. That work gave the company its roots in automotive manufacturing.
02 — Expanding the Footprint
A new base in Navi Mumbai
As demand grew, a new facility in Rabale added capacity and let us take on a wider range of customer requirements.
03 — Establishing Pune Operations
A second manufacturing hub
Opening a plant in Pune put HTF closer to key industrial customers and gave the company a base for further growth.
04 — Strengthening Quality Systems
Built around industry standards
We formalised our processes and earned the certifications that automotive and industrial customers expect.
05 — A Trusted Supplier
Deeper automotive partnerships
Years of consistent performance made HTF a long-term supplier to leading automotive OEMs and Tier I companies.
